There are many distractions in life. Sometimes we forget to take a break from “our world” of work, school, family, technology, bills, driving, etc. By the end of our long days, our minds/bodies are worn. Hiking is a great way to break free from the chaos and step into Mother Nature’s world. It is a peaceful, beautiful, and revitalizing experience and it also serves as a good workout.
